I'm always looking for new side dishes to pair with summer dinners on the grill. This week I made Ina's
tomato and goat cheese tarts. I love anything that can be made in individual portions (it's perfect for entertaining) and really anything with puff pastry, tomato and cheese cannot be bad. While this is a great summer side dish, I would make it in any season. This week I paired it with grilled flank steaks and a glass of red wine - it was a lovely summer dinner!
